BenQ’s Smart Signage technology is the solution chosen by Suzuki Italia Automotive Division for its network of Authorized Dealers and Workshops which, from now on, thanks to Icarus Group’s consulting and specialist support, can now use over 200 BenQ Digital Signage monitors.
Suzuki has chosen BenQ. Several 86” ST860K monitors and thirteen videowall installations each consisting of four 55” PL552 or 49” PL490 monitors are distributed in over 90 Suzuki showrooms throughout the country. In the post-sales areas and in the authorized workshops the ST550K and ST5501K 55” models have been installed instead.
Suzuki’s stated aim is to add value to the customer’s experience in its Italian facilities, exploiting the communicative advantages of Digital Signage based on BenQ’s exclusive X-Sign CMS. Giacomo Rocchi, BenQ Italy Sales and Marketing Director, explains: “BenQ Digital Signage represents the technologically advanced response to the need to consider brand and product communication as an integral part of the consumer’s experience at the point of sale. This aspect, together with the reliability of our solutions, certainly constitutes the key to the success of BenQ Digital Signage, which however would not be such without the support of competent Partners such as Icarus Group, an indispensable link between our technologies and advanced and demanding customers like Suzuki Italia.”

BenQ 4K and full HD Digital Signage monitors also integrate X-Sign, a software that allows you to easily create content using more than a hundred pre-set templates, and to program and remotely manage the distribution for one or more monitors located in the area, as well as to monitor every single display online and in real time. X-Sign, in short, allows you to create dynamic communication for customers, optimizing time and resources: in the case of Suzuki Italia, the schedules, created and programmed through this software, are periodically updated with promotional campaigns and initiatives. In this way, Suzuki can have a real thematic television channel.
