Recently marketed but already widely used and chosen by audio professionals,the new ZEUS X series of 4-channel power amplifiers from 400W to 800W per channel are reliable and very solid, starting from the quality construction materials, as per tradition for the Helvia brand. The power amplifier, after all, is one of the most important and requested products for fixed audio installations, which require both adequate power and high system reliability. The ZEUS X series wants to offer power and quality in a four-channel module with 400, 600 and 800 Watt, in simple and reliable products. The design is based on the Class-H architecture, particularly suitable for medium-high power uses without sacrificing a good level of energy efficiency, a very important feature today. ZEUS X integrates an analogue processor with Limiter and Crossover for each of the 4 channels. The crossover cutoff frequencies are adjustable between 25Hz and 150Hz, a detail much appreciated by installers for applications where remote control is not required, so as to create stereo systems combined with subwoofers without resorting to external Speaker Management Systems. Furthermore, 4 channels can be coupled in parallel or in configuration.
For deeper applications in the commercial sector and in multi-zone environments there is the ZEUS CA series, 4-channel Class-H amplifiers from 400W to 800W per channel, very reliable and low impedance, usable in Stereo, Parallel and Bridge modes (CH1-2/CH3-4). Each channel incorporates a low-pass filter crossover for use with both full-range and subwoofer systems, without the need for external processors. The protection system includes signal limiter, turn-on delay, DC offset detection, thermal protection and current limiting. The cooling system is also very efficient and controls the speed of the fans to ensure noise is kept low.
