There are ten new NEC videowall models, designed to meet the needs of multiple sectors including retail, DooH, transportation, control room and digital signage.
NEC Display Solutions has announced the launch of a new range of video wall displays suitable for a wide range of environments and applications, from digital advertising to transport networks, from the retail sector to control rooms. The market, today, requires displays that combine high quality and large video surfaces. The new NEC’s UN series has been designed to meet these requirements. The new video walls are available in ten different models to meet the specific needs of each sector. Each video wall also provides advanced calibration possibilities thanks to SpectraView engine integrated software, which allows you to make very precise adjustments to image quality and speed up the installation, reducing the cost and simplifying the work of system integrators.
Moreover, the UN series, with a brightness of 700cd/m2 and a new protection filter that eliminates reflections, offers readability of images even in conditions of strong ambient lighting. A tiny inactive area eliminates distortions between individual screens.
UN462A and UN462VA, the first two models of the new NEC series, will be available from the beginning of February. Following this, two new models, UN492S and UN552S, will make their debut at ISE 2019, which will be held in Amsterdam RAI from 5 to 8 February.
The authoritative voice of Enrico Sgarabottolo, TIGI Sales Director of NEC Display Solutions Division, comments on the launch of the new UN series: “In every industrial sector, the market requires easy to manage displays, with acceptable operating costs and able to guarantee compatibility with any future multimedia formats. The new NEC video wall series includes the integration of a wide range of media sources through the PC OPS Slot-in, the Raspberry Pi module or digital signage interfaces for content feed and computing.”
