In the last ISE edition we made you run, in this one we will make you fly! This is how STIM Tech Group & GPA present themselves, at stand 2Q700 and 2Q710 of the 2024 edition.
We start in the GPA world, the stargate of our story, where the mix of cultures and countries that are part of it find their highest technological expression throughout the audio video sector. We move on to the Auditorium area, a multi-purpose environment where a multimedia experience can be enjoyed through the large LED screen display, which allows for video conferencing with real people, and calibrated audio designed to guarantee an immersive experience for all participants. The audio coverage is adapted to the environment, to hear and be heard, and specifically allows people to speak and be heard while mitigating the distance effect. Video cameras allow for full-field or wide-field shots, or automatic point-and-shoot tracking to a single person. All by simply using gestures. This space of the stand is also used as a presentation area: those who decide to participate can listen to the speaker in presence but also remotely, using their smartphone and headphones, while being in a noisy trade fair environment.
We continue our tour and enter the Microsoft environment, based on the concept of modern work, with workspaces that unify communication both in terms of tools with Teams and the user experience, to bring simplicity and immediacy. Here, users see how to move lightly, thanks to W365, and how to collaborate, regardless of where they are or what device they are using. Communicating via messaging, audio/video calls, telephone. In this space there is also a Teams room (MTR) with an off-site monitoring and management dashboard and booking desk.
And here we are now in the Boardroom equipped with a futuristic table flown to Barcelona directly from Canada, made of carbon fibre like the wings of jets whose shape it resembles. A large display and innovative video communication systems allow safe and high-quality hybrid meetings to be conducted. Precisely the ‘V’ shape in front of the display allows for optimal video capture, thus a user experience in perfect compliance with Microsoft Signature. Here too, beamforming microphones and ceiling speakers ensure the best possible acoustics. Passing through the Digital Signage corner, with the representation of the entire available ecosystem, we arrive in the Huddle space, a small video room where video conferences can be easily carried out with plug&play hardware.
Along this ‘textual’ tour, what we do not see, but which is crucial for the smooth functioning within the exhibition space, are the 5G connectivity systems, as well as soundproofing solutions for acoustic compensation and a control room to control the entire content distribution. We have ideally taken a round-the-world tour, which ends where it started. We passed through Spain, the Philippines, Australia, the United States and all the countries that are part of the large System Integrator, in which STIM Tech Group represents Italy, showing how technological integration can be taken around the world with the same quality standards, while maintaining local specificities.
