WDC10, WDC10 and WDC10C are the three products of the InstaShow line, plug-and-play solutions for wireless presentations without software, up to a maximum of 32 participants.
Minimalist design, with a single button simple to use, and plug-and-play wireless technology: here, in short, are the main strengths of the BenQ InstaShow line, created to abolish the clutter and confusion of the meeting rooms, for a collaborative experience without interruption and without delay, with the added value of the very low system maintenance. With InstaShow, meeting participants can use their own devices to interact and share materials: compatible with PCs, Macs and smart devices, the BenQ solution does not require the installation of appropriate software and allows subdivided screen presentations, also offering a reliable protection with 128-bit AES security encryption and WPA2 authentication protocol.
Sharing, with InstaShow, starts when the device is connected, and is applicable up to a maximum of 32 users, with fluid videos regardless of the operating system and the functionality of the handset-source.
InstaShow is available in three types: on the WDC10 model (output in HDMI 1.4, HDCP compliant and frame rate up to 60 fps) the WDC10C model has recently been added, which has the same essential features but adds USB-C connectivity, to offer plug-and-play wireless projection capabilities to many USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 devices, including MacBooks and PCs, eliminating additional installation problems and obstacles to collaboration in corporate meetings. The USB-C configuration also allows you to add Full HD 1080p video and 16-bit stereo audio streaming to any display device, supporting source devices with USB-C in DisplayPort mode such as MacBook or PC without HDMI output.
Naturally, the USB-C model is compatible with the previous InstaShow WDC10 receivers, allowing the addition of new kits to existing InstaShow configurations. The WDC10 and WDC10C models allow simultaneous connection up to 16 users. The WDC20 model, on the other hand, allows meetings up to 32 participants, with various possibilities of input resolution (480p, 576p, 720p, 1080p) and USB-A and HDMI connections. InstaShow WDC20 also supports mobile devices, such as Android and iOS smartphones and tablets, making sharing even easier. Furthermore, with the InstaShare app you can transmit unlimited content from your device to a large display.
Finally, with the InstaShow series it’s possible to easily activate the subdivision of the screen for an even more instant and effective sharing. The screen can accommodate up to four users simultaneously.
We conclude the overview with the useful touch-back function of InstaShow WDC20, which allows the user to browse PowerPoint screens directly with the touch screen, as well as start videos without having to use a PC.
