Distributed in Italy by Prase Media Technologies, the new Spottune omnidirectional speaker system distributes all frequencies in the environment in which it is installed, with uniformity and precision of sound and without the need to turn up the volume.
Explicitly designed for shops and environments open to the public, such as hotels and restaurants, the new Spottune audio broadcasting system comes directly from Denmark, a well-known country for research and technological solutions dedicated in particular to audio.
Spottune is a company founded in 2018 by Søren Louis Pedersen and Christian Poulsen, a couple of pioneers, with their innovative ideas, in the field of audio experiences. Their idea can be summarized as follows: to create a solid and robust audio diffusion system, easy to install and remotely controllable, based on intelligent wireless speakers and able to adapt to existing lighting tracks in the premises. Poulsen and Pedersen, moreover, are well aware that music plays a fundamental role in the so-called “customer experience”, representing a real accompaniment to visits to shops and purchases, in short, an essential soundtrack for anyone who wants to structure a welcoming and pleasant environment.

The new Spottune omnidirectional speaker system was therefore created to offer customers a better experience and the space manager greater ease of use, without however the need to “shoot” the music or audio content at too high volume.
Characterized by a graceful and minimal design, the Spottune diffusers are installed on existing lighting tracks and overall the system requires up to 33% fewer diffusion units than other systems, thanks to its wider coverage. Furthermore, installation is very quick (no wiring required) and the sound flow is pleasant, constant and safe. The Spottune system can be managed online both for the choice of music and for the control options.
An invisible sound
Let’s take a closer look at these “invisible” speakers. The basic intent of the designers was to offer speakers that are easy to install and can easily integrate into any environment. With a system of light tracks already in place, the wireless speakers can be connected anywhere, where you want, which allows you to build the system according to the needs of the environment, in both proAV and PA mode.
Spottune guarantees coherent and uninterrupted coverage, regardless of the listener’s position in the space, thus creating a balanced audio that follows the listener even while moving, without creating inequalities between different areas of the store or venue.
The ability to adjust the volume on each zone, thanks to the Stream device or via the optional Cloud portal, is the final touch, which allows the user to adapt the volume to all the different scenarios of the space. For example, in a restaurant you can build perfect sound atmospheres; in a store divided into different environments, or in a hotel, you can act on the sound of each individual environment, building real “soundscapes” that complete the visitor or guest experience. Spottune is compatible with most sound sources and can be easily integrated into existing transmission systems, thus not requiring the renewal of the system.
The system is managed by a simple control unit – Spottune Stream – which allows you to connect the Spottune Omni speakers via wireless and control them in the cloud, with web sources (online), streaming (Spotify Connect), USB or AUX. A dedicated microphone input is available for announcements. Two simultaneous zone outputs, a range of up to 100 meters (depending on environmental conditions) and the ability to support over 30 speakers across multiple zones make Spottune Stream a perfect solution for all locations.
The Spottune Omni wireless smart speakers are available in both white and black, to better adapt to any type of environment, and work on a frequency range of 50 – 15000 Hz, with an integrated 50W class D digital amplifier. The speaker is available with global binary adapter system, with cable for pendant installation or with flush mount adapter.
