At the end of this strange year, the most important thing we would like to wish you is a simple and peaceful winter break.
Yesterday, while we were live from Piazza St. Annunziata in Florence to conduct our event dedicated to multimedia technologies to exhibit, produce, discuss and teach art, interspersed with unexpected events and time changes (but this is the beauty of live, that a little part of us wanted to return in this way) I thought that, this year, Christmas has taken me by surprise.
Anyway, here it is, the winter break, and I have already read many comments on the particularity of this anniversary in this particular year in newspapers and magazines… and so I thought that, in the end, we would just like to wish you two things:
- simply to have a peaceful winter break, which is like a glass of mulled wine between two stages of a strenuous trek in the snow;
- and that while sipping this mulled wine, we can reflect on the fact that, among the thousands of things that have been upsetting during 2020, there have also been some new and different things that we have learnt, and that we will carry with us in the future and treasure.
The editorial staff of Connessioni are preparing to sip mulled wine between the 25th December and 3rd January, we will meet again on the 4th January to share news, projects and perspectives for 2021.
