On the 24th and 25th June, a range of webinars on the hot topics of smart buildings will be taking place on the SBI Network.
Waiting for the next edition of Smart Building Levante in Bari, the event never stops and has been renewed with an already tested version in November 2020.
On June 24th and 25th, it will be possible to participate in the Digital Edition of Smart Building Levante 2021: two days of training and information events that can be accessed directly via live streaming or on-demand, thanks to the partnership with the Scientific Committee of Smart Building Levante and the many realities that cooperate in the realisation and organisation of such a successful event.
Smart Building Levante – Digital Edition 2021: Thursday 24th June
The programme of the event, taking place here, opens on Thursday 24th June and starts with the webinar (from 10:00 to 11.30) entitled “Local communities facing the challenge of innovation: the Mediaree and the Smart City Lab programme” which will deepen the theme of the ANCI-branded project aimed at reducing the well-known gap in the dynamics of innovation and digitisation of small cities, often left unrelated to the development processes initiated in large Italian urban centres, facilitating, on the contrary, the introduction of innovative services in many areas of the country so far excluded.
Then from 11:45 to 13:15, there will be a talk by essecome-securindex.com on “The ‘new’ security to regain public spaces”. Even though for a year and a half, due to the pandemic, theatres, cinemas and museums have sadly been left closed and somewhat abandoned, now there are new possibilities which have opened up in technological terms to ensure a safe restart and even to improve the experience. As in the case of the Hruby Foundation, which has been active in the safety of places of culture for years.
From 14:30 to 16:00 with Architect Antonio Stragapede of Keep Zero by CFE and the intervention on the systemic approach to sustainable construction and new energy communities: a webinar that aims to highlight the strong interconnections between the European legislation on NZEB buildings, the 110% Superbonus confirmed until the end of 2022 and article 42-bis of the Milleproroghe Decree converted into Law (n.8 / 2020 of 29th February 2020) which introduces the Energy Communities, opening to an experimental phase that in the medium term will transform the electricity production and distribution system in Italy.
After this, at 16:15-17:45, there will be some time with Ernesto Santini, SBA Smart Buildings Alliance for Smart Cities who will talk about “plant integration processes: interoperability password” on the theme of the generalised introduction of digital technology that is leading to an approach and integration between technologies once rigorously divided into autonomous supply chains and on building systems always oriented towards holistic approaches, connected to each other, equipped with intelligence and remotely controllable, so as to involve a new methodological approach, open interoperable systems and new skills from design and installation to management and maintenance.
Smart Building Levante – Digital Edition 2021: Friday 25th June
Friday 25th June will start (from 10:30-13:00) with the event “Smart Building Roadshow 2021: Managing a smart building” with Luca Baldin of Smart Building Italia at the helm of the fifth stage of the Smart Building Roadshow. He will discuss the crucial issue of the skills and professionalism of a new supply chain: the value of a new building today, in fact, consists 50% of plants and its transformation into a “complex machine” represents a challenge for the professions united by the pressing need to adapt and certify their technical skills.
The webinar “BACS systems for energy efficiency: a fundamental contribution in a Superbonus key” by AIBACS will discuss the contribution that BACS (Building Automation Control System) systems can create for efficiency of a new or existing building, with an eye to the 110% Superbonus and the need to ensure the ‘leap’ of two energy categories.
The calendar of events of the Digital Edition of Smart Building Levante will close (16:15-17:45) with “The regeneration of the historical building heritage: innovative tools and design“, webinar by the Order of Architects of Bari on the complexity of intervening for the regeneration and the efficiency of historic or prestigious buildings. So how do we intervene for the start with the design that today can make use of advanced H-BIM systems?
