The Sharp LCD AQUOS 8K LV-70X500E has been awarded the EISA 2018/19 award, which establishes the major product innovations launched in Europe in the last year.
Explicitly aimed at the European market, Sharp’s AQUOS 8K LV-70X500E LCD monitor was awarded the EISA AWARD 2018-2019. EISA (Expert Imaging and Sound Association) is a prestigious association founded in 1982 that collects over 50 specialized magazines, mainly in the fields of cameras, mobile electronics, audio and video, coming from 28 European countries, in addition to Japan and the United States.
The EISA AWARDS are therefore rather authoritative awards, designed to enhance the main and most interesting product launched in Europe, selected by editors and technical journalists of EISA publications.
The AQUOS 8K LCD Monitor received the Best Product Award for Monitor Innovation in the Home Theater Display & Video category. The LV-70X500E is the flagship model of the AQUOS series and uses a high-resolution 8K LCD panel, with a resolution sixteen times higher than Full HD. The monitor also incorporates all Sharp’s AQUOS technologies for high brightness and a wide range of colors. Sharp’s declared intention is to accelerate the development of its 8K TVs along with a wider range of 8K products, leading the world towards an ambitious “8K Ecosystem”. As a demonstration of the company’s willingness to decisively push on the “8K button”, the LV-70X500E monitor was presented at IFA 2018 (Berlin, August 31 – September 5).
