Last November was, for ATEN, a month full of interesting news: we see the main ones, represented essentially by a couple of products that stand out for their usefulness and practicality of use
A wide and detailed overview of ATEN news, with particular reference to November, would require too much space. Here, we will focus on two interesting products recently released from the forge of ideas for integration called ATEN.
Let’s start with the new CS1964, DisplayPort KVM switch with triple screen support: a small product with great features, which supports signals up to 4K (4096 x 2160@60Hz) and has four DisplayPort KVM ports with a triple HDMI console and two USB 3.1 Gen1 ports. By connecting two CS1964 switches together, up to six screens can be supported, with independent KVM switching, USB peripherals and audio. As for the control interface, this new switch offers buttons, hotkeys, mouse and RS-232 connection. A product undoubtedly very practical and easy to use.
The other novelty on which we emphasize is called UCE32100 and is a new USB Plug-and-Play extender, featuring four USB 2.0 ports (25 MB/s), able to extend the signal up to 100 meters away on CAT5 cable. UCE32100 also has a complete kit for wall and DIN rail mounting. We know how extender products are precious, indeed, indispensable in a large number of applications: this is why ATEN does not stop innovating, in this category of products.
