Desk device equipped with an integrated reading system, that uses the official application VerificaC19, GP Check is Zenyth’s proposal for the continuous and automatic control of the Green Pass at the entrance of companies and public places.
Putting aside controversy and discussions, there is no doubt that the government has heavily focused on the Green Pass as a tool to ensure that the country’s production activities do not have to stop again due to the pandemic. The Ministerial Decree of October 15, 2021 concerns all workers who carry out, for whatever reason, their work, training (including internships) or volunteering activities in the workplace also on the basis of external contracts. The decree therefore also applies to self-employed workers and non-employee collaborators.
GP Check is the only automatic Green Pass verification totem that uses the official VerificaC19 app, which allows it to be used as the only official verification tool, even in the Enterprise environment, given the device’s functionality. In fact, it’s possible to obscure sensitive data (name, surname and date of birth) from the VerificaC19 result screen, allowing you to delegate entries to the company to the device without the need for an operator and in full respect of the employee’s privacy. Furthermore, thanks to a special relay, GP Check is also able to automate the opening of gates and turnstiles.
But if so far we have talked about what GP Check can do, let’s also see how to install and use it, and what its essential features are. First of all, it is a Plug & Play system, to activate which simply download the official VerificaC19 application from the Google store. After a simple restart, the system will be ready for use. The totem has Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity and is designed for 24/7 offline use. GP Check benefits from a professional design, with a 4K camera based on a Sony sensor and a capacitive touch panel.
All models are equipped with a 75×75 or 100×100 rear VESA plate. The GP10 and GP15 SWZEN models are also equipped with side LEDs that indicate the outcome of the check: with green, the pass is valid; with red, the pass is invalid or has not been recognized. Another important feature is the second display, which allows you to view the result of a remote scan. The GPX-S2 model, for example, allows you to manage up to six GP Checks in one. Finally, the free application for iOS and Android gives the appointee the ability to monitor the facility’s access logs, while a web portal dedicated to companies allows GP Check to update itself automatically.
The fight against covid-19 continues, and the technological tools are increasingly effective! In fact, and we conclude, GP Check can also be used by blind people, it’s able to read both the paper and digital Green Passes and, finally, it’s also able to read the temporary Green Passes issued after a antigenic swab.Ideal solution for companies of all sizes, the possible impact also on a complex reality such as schools, on whose monitoring depends a large part of the fight against the pandemic, should not be underestimated.
