The well-known Spanish brand distributed in Italy by Exhibo offers a digital audio matrix of the Essential Series, particularly economical and convenient, able to handle 16 inputs and 16 outputs, and characterized by different points of interest: let’s see which ones!
eMIMO1616 is a digital audio matrix that, as the name implies, manages 16 inputs and 16 analogue audio outputs. The inputs are divided into four Mic/Mono Line, four Stereo Line and eight MONO LINE for eMCONTROL1 panels, of which we will talk a little further on. The 16 outputs can be configured individually (Mono zones) and in pairs (Stereo zones). The matrix is programmable via integrated web server, without additional software, and is controllable as well as via the front panel, even remotely with eMIMO Pilot application, available for both Android and iOS devices. The TP-NET protocol also allows control and integration of the matrix in third-party systems.
In short, a versatile and practical product, also with regard to the economic aspect, given that the Ecler’s Essential series was born with the intention of allowing everyone to build systems around the consolidated quality of the Spanish brand.
eMIMO1616 is not alone in this “mission”: to help it, two very interesting accessories. First of all, the eMCONTROL1 wall-mount digital control panel, connected to the matrix wirh Cat.5e cable or higher, with power supplied by the remote port of the matrix. This zone control allows the user to manage all or only some programmable functions between volume/“mute” option setting, music source selection and three-band EQ (bass-mid-high) adjustment. eMCONTROL1 can also be coupled to a panel of the WPa series with audio input.
Another faithful companion of the eMIMO1616 matrix is eMPAGE, a digital call station that updates the previous MPAGE16, also compatible with the MIMO 88, MIMO 88SG and MIMO 1212SG digital matrices. eMPAGE includes a gooseneck microphone with cardioid capsule (removable), 16 keys for zone selection, All, Clear and Page keys as well as two programmable F1 and F2 keys for selecting groups of zones. The display is electronic ink type and is programmable for zone labeling.
