When two companies like CWS and WARDA meet, having as a centerpiece a platform for the governance of digital data, it can be said that the digital asset management planning is combined with system integration
CWS Digital Solutions, well known system integration Italian company, and WARDA, a company specializing in software production for fashion, luxury, retail and design industries, have signed an agreement that clearly aims to achieve new markets.
The centerpiece of the agreement is the technology developed by WARDA and already established in the relevant market, a software platform for the governance of digital information based on a centralized repository called Omnichannel Board, which allows acquisition, management and distribution of all digital information of the company from one delivery point to four major business processes: Style & Product, Visual & Retail, Marketing & Social and E-commerce.
The synergy between the two companies was founded with the aim of offering new solutions to improve the customer journey between the Brand and its retailer network. The CWS experience in systems integration, in the treatment of digital signage and in media setting it opens significant new possibilities for WARDA platform customization, in particular to exploit its alignment features also in different markets, not only in the traditional ones.
