Canon is Digital Imaging Partner of “Giro Giro Tondo. Design for Children”

Canon partecipates as Digital Imaging Partners to exhibition dedicated to the childhood, and realized in Milan for the tenth edition of the Triennale Design Museum
The idea is an exhibition that follows the entire history of Italian design that Canon wants to enhance long time, with different initiatives, together with art and architecture. As part of the IoX project (Imaging of Italian Xellence), Canon makes available to institutions and museum its best technology and skills in order to explain and tell the stories of Italian excellence.
The exhibition, introduced by an “Ouverture” dedicated to the playful design by Stefano Giovannoni, is open from April 1, and represents an immersive journey through the many aspects of design, from the furniture to the toy story, from architecture to graphic , from illustration to animation, from writing instruments to the drawing. The Canon support for the exhibition has been reflected in the provision of its digital printing technology, which is used for the realization of prints on various size and type sheeting, “monsters silhouettes” and walls of the “CreativeSet” environment. In addition, the installation called “The Whale”, permanent environment inside Triennale Design Museum designed by Riccardo Blumer with Blumerandfriends study, has used the Canon XEED WUX6010 video projection technology.
