Gamification<\/i><\/b> is a term that has recently entered our vocabulary: through the translation into a game<\/strong>, and often into a video game<\/strong>, of mechanisms that simulate immersive situations<\/strong>, players’ responses to the proposed situations will be meaningful of their approach, behavior, learning, etc.<\/p>\n The game represents an extremely effective tool capable of conveying messages of various types<\/strong>, depending on the needs, and inducing active behavior<\/strong> on the part of the user, allowing specific goals<\/strong>, personal<\/strong> or business<\/strong>, to be achieved. At the center of this approach should always be placed the user and his or her active involvement. Through gaming one can improve and make customer management<\/strong> more pleasant, consolidate loyalty to a brand, help employees in learning processes.
