You could select the auto-zoom function to capture the tracking lens, or alternatively, manually adjust the zoom level according to the distance. In either case, zooming could exclude the top of the lens, or center the image on the pointer and not the face. Arec’s Tracking Config Tool can be used to compensate for tracking in these situations, allowing the camera to focus on what is needed. If the camera is installed upright and the head is not framed, you must balance the Y-axis (by setting a positive number).<\/p>\n
Select “Apply,” close the app, disconnect the tracking config cable, start configuring, and select the optimal distance and zoom level. If the camera is installed upside down, you need to decrease the Y-axis position (by setting a negative number) and follow the same steps. Similarly, if the tracking object is wearing the pointer sideways, such as in the shirt pocket, you need to change the value on the X axis accordingly.<\/p>\n
