The event, held in Bologna and organized by Allnet Italia, took place again in presence a and hosted great news and sparkling proposals. LG Electronics has brought its new interactive whiteboard designed for the Educational market<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Allnet Italia<\/strong><\/a>, an independent value-added distributor specialized in IT and telecommunications solutions, is the organizational engine of ICT Solutions Day<\/strong><\/a> which brings together system integrators, ISPs, resellers and installers. Held on September 14,<\/strong> in presence, at the Hotel Savoia Regency<\/strong> in Bologna,<\/strong> the event offered to Vendors and Partners of Allnet Italia<\/strong><\/a> the opportunity to meet and share experiences and innovation. Many topics were touched upon, from cyber security to Networking & Wireless, from Smart City to UCC (Unified Communications & Collaboration).<\/p>\n

LG Electronics<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 as Gianmarco Totera told us, LG<\/a>\u2019s Business Solutions Division<\/strong>, with focus on the Educational<\/strong> and Retail<\/strong> markets – takes part in the Allnet<\/strong><\/a> event to present some new products, especially the new Interactive Digital Board<\/a>.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new board is<\/strong> available in four different sizes (55\u201d<\/strong>, 65\u201d, 75\u201d<\/strong> and 86\u201d<\/strong>), with the new 98\u201d<\/strong> model, to be presented in the future. It\u2019s therefore a product in full expansion, very versatile, designed for the Educational<\/strong> but also for the Corporate markets,<\/strong> since it\u2019s also very useful in meeting rooms and corporate spaces dedicated to Collaboration. The display offers UHD 4K<\/strong> definition and twenty simultaneous touches, with Android operating system.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have moved away from the classic proprietary WebOS<\/strong>\u201d \u2013 explains Gianmarco Totera<\/strong> \u2013 \u201cto meet the needs of the market. Android is a<\/strong> more versatile choice, many simple features of the Interactive Board<\/strong><\/a> go in the same direction: first of all, the Notes software, with the ability to create documents, take notes, etc. You can therefore save everything on a 32 Giga<\/strong> memory, but also in the Cloud, on Google Drive.<\/strong> Another interesting function is the sharing contents with the application already present on the whiteboard: you can share up to six devices at the same time, and it is also possible to use it the opposite way! In case of many participants in a meeting, people can see the content on the whiteboard on their laptops. A sort of sharing in reverse. Finally, an OPS slot<\/strong> allows you to insert, if necessary, an external PC.\u201d<\/p>\n

LG Electronics<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 participation in the Allnet<\/strong><\/a> event confirms the strong commitment in the Educational market, from primary and high schools to universities. \u201cObviously \u2013 Gianmarco Dotera<\/strong> comments \u2013 \u201cdifferent strategies and approaches are needed for the different school levels. With the university world, everything is simpler, because the needs are well defined, while with lower-tier schools different methods must be adopted, and there is also greater slowness in adopting technological innovations. On the other hand\u201d \u2013 concluded Dotera<\/strong> \u2013 \u201cimmersive teaching is an evident trend in Italian universities, private institutes are already launched in innovation, and our technologies make it possible to cover large surfaces, entire classrooms and even auditoriums and sharing spaces.\u201d<\/p>\n
