Forecasts, opinions, prospects on the AV market: this is the dominant theme of the Italian session of the Aten Partner Talks, Wednesday 3rd<\/sup> February, in which Katia Gomareschi of EET Europarts and Andrea Trussoni of DaBa Tech took part.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We were there! At 2pm on 3rd<\/sup> February we were ready to follow the only webinar in Italian of the Aten Partner Talks<\/strong><\/a>, the multilingual event dedicated to all the European partners of Aten. Four days of online meetings to talk about trends, news, best practices and technologies of the future, but also an opportunity to get to know the company’s European partners. All in an interactive and engaging format, full of food for thought.<\/p>\n

Marco Bolzonello<\/strong>, Sales Representative of Aten, and Maurizio Cucchi<\/strong>, Technical Expert of Aten, did the \u2018honours\u2019, and kicked off the event with a brief presentation of the company and the peculiarities of its solutions. Then, the opportunity to look at the AV sector through the eyes of those who live it every day, through the words of the two company figures interviewed: Katia Gomaraschi<\/strong>, Sales Manager, Private Label of EET<\/a><\/strong> and Andrea Trusson<\/strong>i, CEO of DaBa Tech<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Promote the integration between AV and IT
\n<\/strong>At the centre of the debate, the evolution of digital technologies, accelerated by the pandemic, which has radically changed the way we work, learn and live. Today, more than ever, there are new challenges to be faced and new requirements to be met. But challenges create opportunities: which is what happens when the AV world meets the IT world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

How has the AV industry grown over the past decade and what are the next developments? What was and what will be the role of Aten? Here we are in the heart of the event, structured according to an innovative format: not frontal presentations but a pleasant chat between partners. In a sort of \u2018double\u2019 interview, the interventions of Katia Gomareschi and Andrea Trussoni alternated, agreeing on the fact that the AV world has changed a lot and there is a need for competent and prepared professionals.<\/p>\n

\u201cHighly capable people interacting with the IT sector are essential.\u201d explains Katia Gomareschi, \u201cthus expanding the range of opportunities and interlocutors: from complete solutions for meeting rooms and control rooms to safety management in the Public Administration.\u201d With the awareness that the ongoing change requires more complex systems and is the result of the convergence between AV and IT. Here comes Aten, a reliable partner able to offer solutions that express this integration. Starting with KVM technology<\/strong> for remote management, passing through video matrices<\/strong>, with products that guarantee interoperability as well as quality.<\/p>\n

A concrete and reliable support
\n<\/strong>Shifting the focus to the concrete examples of this collaboration, Trussoni presented the case study relating to the redevelopment of the audio video distribution system in the lecture hall of a hospital. The objectives of the installation were efficiency, scalability, the ability to interface the system with different technologies, from the oldest to the most recent, but above all ease of use. The choice of the supplier fell on Aten precisely for the quality of the products<\/strong> and the pre and post sales support,<\/strong> which made it possible to satisfy the client’s requests. EET projects also host Aten solutions. The reason? Reliability, experience and quality, which have a positive impact both on the work of the partners and on the result offered to the end customer.<\/p>\n

The meeting ended with a final and necessary question: what does the future hold for us? Multiple and unexpected challenges – respond the interviewees – with the need to evolve business models and proposed technologies based on market conditions. It will be essential to focus on Research and Development and on webinars and training of professionals. This is because 2020, despite everything, has improved the digitisation of companies, generating new opportunities for organisations in the AV world. Demand will increasingly be linked to products with high quality video resolutions<\/strong>, which allow multi-management and remote control. But the difference will once again be made by quality, which is the basis of the future.<\/p>\n
