The Canon stand at MIR 2019 proposed the entire range of solutions for the video-shooting world, designed to meet every need: from the cameras of the Cinema EOS, XF, XA and XC series, to SLR, mirrorless or PowerShot G Series cameras.

Each model was presented in a shooting configuration for live and documentary situations. The XF705, XC15 and HF G60 video cameras are able to offer a high image quality and a high performance optical zoom in a particularly compact and light structure; reflexes like the famous EOS 5D Mark IV and the EOS 80D are designed to meet any creative challenge, from studio photography to video shooting; the new generation Canon EOS R and EOS RP mirrorless cameras were also presented, with 10-bit 4K resolution.

Finally, here is the PowerShot G3 X, a compact solution with a 1” sensor, microphone input and headphone output.

Furthermore, at the Canon stand, in collaboration with ETT, a multimedia station with a 180° Photobooth was offered to visitors to shoot… something more than a simple photo of the day! 22 Canon cameras, in fact, were arranged along the circumference of the Photobooth: shooting simultaneously, the cameras produced 22 photos that were successively mounted in sequence creating a movie and allowing the viewer to see how two-dimensional images can be transformed into a three-dimensional scene.

Also noteworthy is an area created in collaboration with The Fake Factory, for an immersive experience linked to videomapping techniques (realized thanks to Xeed WUX7000Z projectors) on polystyrene sets.
