Unique Audio Solutions Showroom is the temporary space in Milan promoted by K-array, in collaboration with Archiproducts, to offer architects and designers a presentation of acoustics in its two faces: that which is active (electroacoustics) and that which is reactive (processing operations). In this context, the Pop-Up Academy represents a not-to-be-missed educational opportunity to learn principles and techniques of sound design, to create environments capable of eliciting excitement from an aesthetic point of view, but also in virtue of the experiential content, through innovative solutions that improve listening and wellbeing in various applicative contexts.

Sound, like light, is a determining element in creating the right atmosphere of an environment, whether in a store, restaurant or a museum: it is scientifically proven that background music, more than lighting, has the ability to influence the state of being of those present. This is an evolution in the perception of sound that determines aspects that are no longer insignificant in the design phase, in the case of both new constructions and in the renovation of existing buildings.

Who is K-array’s sound experience focused on?

In Milan, K-array’s experts expect to see all the professionals of the Ho.Re.Ca, office, corporate, retail and luxury residence sectors, but also individuals from others markets such as nautical refitting and worship, a place of listening par excellence.

What will architects and designers find?

The solution, above all. The presentations and meetings scheduled from September 10th to 14th will be partly technical training, but will also offer participants guidelines and tools to set up small and medium-sized environments, with the best technologies to listen to and test in-person during the meeting. Professionals are going to elaborate on loudspeakers and design solutions that integrate sound diffusion into architectural design, to create engaging and captivating applications.

Discover the schedule of K-array’s Pop-Up Academy and register for the meetings during the four days for free at the events portal.
