Spreading the culture of automation and domotics, enhancing talent and bringing students closer to the world of work: these are the goals with which the Came Group, a well-known Italian provider of integrated technology solutions for the automation of residential, public and urban environments, has launched Campus Came, now at the third edition. The project, dedicated to Italian professional schools, was launched in 2014 to help build new generations of installers.

The 15 most promising students of the third edition of Campus Came, from Abruzzo, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Lombardia, Liguria, Marche, Piemonte, Puglia, Toscana, Trentino, Umbria and Veneto were selected among the over 450 students from 15 Italian technical and professional institutes, thus gaining the opportunity to do a field training experience. The success achieved in the previous Campus Came editions has pushed Came Group to extend the initiative, initially dedicated to Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, to include in the academic year 2016-2017 fifteen institutes in 14 regions of Italy.

Campus Came has the stated objective of illustrating the profession of installer to the young, bringing them closer to the world of automation through a classroom training course. The project also offers the best students in each region involved the opportunity to deepen their knowledge by perfecting them with a 15 day training in the Company. The first week, which will take place at Came’s offices at Dosson di Casier and at Sesto al Reghena, is structured on company lessons to acquire knowledge and expertise on existing technologies, certifications and standards. The second week is entirely devoted to internship, at one of the Came Group’s authorized installation companies in the area.

For the school year 2017/2018 the project will be further expanded and will be extended to twenty schools, covering the entire national territory.
