\nPanasonic<\/strong><\/a> has announced an important update of the guarantee provided for the professional display range<\/a><\/strong>: the \u201creturn back\u201d repair warranty system<\/strong> is replaced by an advanced service of product replacement – warranty swap<\/strong><\/a>. The new warranty mode is available for all professional displays sold from February 2017<\/strong>. Thanks to this new warranty customers, in case of failure, can make use a replacement unit.
\nIn addition, you can replace the faulty unit within two days<\/strong> from the failure communication, thus avoiding service interruptions (inevitable when it\u2019s necessary to send a product for repair). Even the bureaucratic operation of the new warranty<\/strong> is easy and straightforward. Explains Donald Maidment, Head of Service Panasonic<\/a><\/strong>: \u201cWill be enough for customers register their units and make an online repair order, by phone or via e-mail.
