Today, more than 300,000 meeting rooms around the world use Vision products for the installation and integration of various technological equipment. These solutions in fact comply with the well-known VESA standard, promoted by the Video Electronics Standards Association for the correct mounting of liquid crystal displays, monitors, TVs and video projectors on fixed wall or mobile supports, and with the UL 1678 requirements, which instead apply to trolleys and supports for positioning or fixing AV equipment in domestic or professional contexts.
But beyond the certifications of individual products, the real pride of the company lies in the guarantee, which testifies to the solidity of each proposed solution. All Vision products purchased from February 1st 2017 have a lifetime warranty (nominal duration of 30 years.) This also applies to multimedia players, where previously the guarantee was for the canonical 3 years. The program covers the failures of any component, including the power supply, for products that require it, as well as any damage related to the removal of the product from its original packaging.
In the event of a product arriving already broken (DOA: Dead On Arrival), the customer has 21 days from the date of purchase to notify the supplier.
