Recently CEDIA hosted a European roadshow for The CEDIA Designer (TCD) software, in three locations across Mediterranean Europe, to give home technology professionals the opportunity to learn more about the capabilities and benefits of the software in their own local language.
Matt Nimmons, Managing Director of CEDIA EMEA commented: “The CEDIA Designer is a fantastic tool for our members and the wider industry to improve the professionalism and quality of home cinema design, as well as saving them valuable time on projects. We’re excited to give integrators further afield the opportunity to gain an overview of the software, the different packages available, and the CEDIA member benefits.”
CEDIA has just hosted two of the three TCD roadshow dates:
- 30th September: TOCQ Hotel, Milan
- 2nd October: Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport, Nice
The last appointment will be held the 4th October at the Hotel Catalonia in Plaza Major, Madrid.
This free-to-attend event is open to anyone interested in using the tool, or having their products included in the design database.
To complete the day, CEDIA will host a drinks reception for all attendees to network with their peers in a relaxed and informal setting.
The format for the last day will be as follows:
- 10:00 – 10:30: Arrival and coffee
- 10:30 – 11:00: Introduction and overview of CEDIA
- 11:00 – 12:30: TCD introduction and a demonstration in the local language
- 12:30 – 13:00: Q&A with TCD founder Guy Singleton
