You will be able to see and hear the teacher, interact with him and the other students and share your image through the video system. For theater passionates, from so many months without shows and performances, we report instead The Map of the Heart in VR, the show of the Company Ateliersi that moves the text out of the theater, proposing a direct fruition that exploits digital technologies, in a virtual way
. The viewing station is a swivel chair connected with an Oculus Quest 2 visor; viewers will be greeted by a performer who will guide them throughout the experience. The performers, technicians, and staff who will work on the installation are identified from among those who are currently stationary from a work standpoint due to restrictions due to the pandemic.
The Map of the Heart in VR has been developed in collaboration with Touchlabs, a software house specializing in virtual reality and augmented reality, is supported by the Fondazione del Monte di Bologna e Ravenna, is carried out as part of Patto per la lettura and will be included in the Bologna Estate billboard. Thanks to the support of the partners – including the MIC, the Emilia Romagna Region and the Municipality of Bologna – the participation of the audience will be free of charge.
