The latest generation of TEOS solutions continue to evolve, with the aim of creating an increasingly efficient and productive work environment.
Sony has even launched thirty new updates and additions to the TEOS family. The distinctive character of this remarkable series of updates and implementations is the idea to offering users more control and flexibility in the use of devices and meeting spaces.
The existing TEOS line-up includes TEOS Connect (transmission of wireless content), TEOS Book (solution for the room reservation), TEOS Reception (virtual reception solution), TEOS Remote (solution for meeting rooms controlling), TEOS Tablet (professional business tablets) and TEOS Manage (complete solution for work environment managing).
Let’s take a look at the new solutions, starting from TEOS Player, compact Android player with 4K HDR technology at 60p, which allows any display or projector to access the same features of TEOS Manage offered by Sony BRAVIA professional displays. This allows companies to take advantage of Sony’s corporate solutions regardless of the equipment already in use.
Equally interesting is the Cloud implementation, that increases the flexibility of the TEOS proposal and gives users the ability to access TEOS Manage whenever and wherever they want, while also saving storage space. Obviously, a local solution is still possible for environments where data must remain in place.
“Email to Signage” is instead a new feature that further simplifies the way of building your Digital Signage. Users can simply create pages in Power Point and send them via e-mail to a pre-established address. TEOS Manage automates the composition work and saves the user the usual content creation workflow. A solution especially suitable for those without specific skills in the management of digital signage systems.
In addition, various updates and new features have also been introduced, including:
New interactive alerts to be used with non-TEOS devices to transmit alert messages;
Compatibility with new brands of displays and projectors with PJLink protocol;
New “Auto-cancel” and “Find another room” options for room reservation solution;
New simple GDPR management option for the virtual reception solution;
New internal TEOS calendar as 4th system after Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and Google Calendar;
RFID compatibility of virtual reception and room booking for employee badges reading;
New service management system;
Touch signage compatibility to easily create interactive content;
New database backup features;
Several new templates.
