SICUREZZA 2019 between innovation, training and best practices

The Fiera Milano event dedicated to security and firefighting is scheduled from November 13th to 15th 2019 and, besides being the benchmark stage for the most advanced technologies, it will also be an opportunity for discussion and training on the main challenges facing the sector and its professionals have to face.
The technological proposals and training opportunities that will characterize SICUREZZA 2019, which will be held at Fiera Milano from 13 to 15 November, promise to be numerous and highly topical.
The exhibition will allow to evaluate the most innovative solutions in the sector: video surveillance, access control and intrusion, but also an entire pavilion dedicated to passive safety proposals. For the first time, a demo area will allow to experiment the latest technologies, with break-in tests.

The fire-fighting instead confirms the enlargement to the extinguishing and the cyber security, by now transversal to all the sectors, will be present with a dedicated initiative that will allow to look at the new development perspectives for the sector.
Moreover, thanks to the active contribution of a vast network of partners – Associations, Professional Associations, Publishers – the training proposal is also being defined, which will animate the three days of the fair, particularly varied in terms of topics and areas of reference, but united by a unique logic, which looks at innovation, the enhancement of professions and the expansion of the contexts of application.
The security sector is undergoing important changes. One of the emerging paradigms in recent years and destined to irreversibly change the market is digitalization, which focuses in particular on cyber security in an increasingly connected world. It’s estimated that by 2020 more than 25% of cyber attacks will involve connected devices and IoT.

Another important point will be the attention devoted to rapidly developing drone technologies, which are estimated to represent a 100 billion dollar market by 2020. For this reason, following the evolution of the market, SICUREZZA Drone Expo returns to Hall 7: organized by Mediarkè, it will gather companies that provide drones, systems and services for security, intelligence, rescue and civil protection activities.
On Smart City, Urban Security Scenarios, the conference organized by FOIM (Foundation of Engineers of Milan) in collaboration with SICUREZZA and under the patronage of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Milan, will offer an important contribution. Among the objectives of the meeting, to understand how the Public Administrations are moving within the framework of regional framework agreements and memoranda of understanding with the Prefectures.

And since only adequate training can enable and certify professionals placing them as interlocutors for those looking for solutions in the security field, at SICUREZZA 2019 there will be numerous training opportunities dedicated to professionals and organized by certifying bodies that will allow for the acquisition of training credits for various professional figures (industrial experts, engineers, installers, supervisors).
