In addition to the new PN-Q 70” monitor, PN-R and PN-Y series also offer attractive model of monitors, covering virtually all digital signage requirements for size and performance
The new PN-Q range is based on Sharp’s UV2A technology and anti-reflective filter, which offer remarkable picture quality. The monitors of this series can also be remotely controlled via RS-232 or LAN. The launch of the new 70-inch model offers an additional opportunity for digital signage systems, adding to the seven models already on the market of PN-R and PN-Y series, presented at the latest ISE. They offer highly versatile digital signage solutions, and are designed for 24/7 high brightness.
PN-R Series 700cd brightness monitors are designed for continuous use in crowded situations and feature a metal fireproof coating that makes them fit for airport installations. Along with the PN-Y range monitors, these products have different installation options, including 90-degrees tilting forward or backward, and horizontal or vertical installation. The PN-R range monitors are also equipped with a Mini OPS extension for easier integration with a greater number of applications. The three Sharp Mini OPS modules include: a PC module that uses the latest low-temperature Intel CPU with a non-wired integrated power supply, a Wireless module for BYOD screen sharing and an HDBaseT module that allows long-distance connection between monitor and HDMI devices. The PN-R series consists of 42”, 49” and 59” models.
The latest version of the PN-Y series comes with a built-in USB media player with Sharp Content Distributor software for a plug & play solution. Thanks to default connection with USB media player, the screen will never be empty even if the signal to one of the video inputs is interrupted. The PN-Y series offers 32”, 43” and 55” sizes.
