Developing in particular the connectivity, Panasonic offers a new range of high-brightness portable projectors
The new Panasonic PT-VZ580 range of portable projectors with high brightness includes models that enhance connectivity, compatibility and TCO. The series, which includes six models with a maximum brightness of 5000 ANSI lumens, is designed for use in corporate meeting rooms and classrooms, and offers a variety of smart options for wireless connectivity.
Among the most interesting features is the new high-resilience filter, which can be twice washed before being replaced, resulting in a double lifetime of about 14.000 hours. Thanks to an innovative plug-and-play feature, using a simple USB memory stick and wireless connection, you can instantly project the content without having to change any network settings. Thanks to this technology, in fact, the projector automatically copies the necessary configuration files in the memory stick and initiates the connection-enabled tool on the PC. In addition, the installation is even more flexible thanks to the new Long Reach feature for Digital Link, which allows you to transmit signals up to 150 meters beyond the limit imposed by traditional HDMI.
“Compared to the models currently on the market” – said Thomas Vertommen, Panasonic’s European Projector Product Marketing Manager – “a new USB powered port is featured on some of the new projector models, compatible with media sticks such as Google Chromecast and Amazon Fire Stick, which allows users to upload and view content quickly and in many different ways.”
The PT-VZ580 range will be available from June 2017.
