The i-PRO Extreme range is enhanced with three new 5 Megapixel cameras with H.265/Smart Coding support.
Panasonic has introduced the new WC-S2550L, VW-S2250L and WV-S1550L network cameras, which are added to the already known i-PRO Extreme series. These are 5 megapixel cameras designed for applications requiring reliability, efficiency and extreme performance. Each unit provides several intelligent technologies, exclusive to Panasonic, such as iA, Auto VIQS, color night vision and H.265/Smart Coding support, which allow you to record images in high quality using less storage and network resources. The Smart Coding H.265 technology, in fact, significantly reduces bandwidth compared to H.264 compression, allowing longer recordings and taking up less storage space.
All cameras are equipped with encryption certificates, in order to protect the video surveillance system from unauthorized access. In addition, Panasonic Secure Communication technology complies with GDPR regulations, guaranteeing the security and protection of recorded video data.
Among other features of the new models, we certainly recommend the Edge Recording on SD card with full encryption, the new algorithm of ROI analysis (Region of Interest) with encoding (Auto VIQS), which detects the movement in the image and compresses the more static areas to reduce the volume of transmitted data without affecting image quality, and complete end-to-end system encryption, with VMS and supported devices, to protect against illicit IP activity such as spoofing (false data) and snooping (password theft).
Finally, the color night vision from 0,07 lux, the 128 dB Super Dynamic technology for backlit or shaded situations by vehicle headlights, and compliance with the FIPS 140-2 Level 1: IK10 standard (WV-S2250L), IP66 (WV-S1550L) and 50J (WV-S2550L). The built-in high-intensity infrared illumination covers a range of up to 40 meters (in the WV-S2550L and WV-S1550L models).
