Panasonic customers will enjoy a new advanced swap warranty for the replacement of professional displays
Panasonic has announced an important update of the guarantee provided for the professional display range: the “return back” repair warranty system is replaced by an advanced service of product replacement – warranty swap. The new warranty mode is available for all professional displays sold from February 2017. Thanks to this new warranty customers, in case of failure, can make use a replacement unit.
In addition, you can replace the faulty unit within two days from the failure communication, thus avoiding service interruptions (inevitable when it’s necessary to send a product for repair). Even the bureaucratic operation of the new warranty is easy and straightforward. Explains Donald Maidment, Head of Service Panasonic: “Will be enough for customers register their units and make an online repair order, by phone or via e-mail. Advanced swap warranty will soon become our standard formula, but the option of “return to base” warranty will remain valid for all customers who express a preference.”
