Optoma surprisingly introduces the powerful new ZU920T and ZU920TST projectors, a milestone in the expansion of the DuraCore laser projector range.
Optoma introduces two new fixed-lens WUXGA laser projectors designed to bring high brightness, reliability and new product solutions to the professional installation market. Optoma ZU920T and ZU920TST offer brightness and accurate color reproduction, as well as installation flexibility and long-term reliability, resulting in stunning images and compelling content. These two new products are for all intents and purposes trailblazers for professional markets and set new standards in terms of light weight (net weight is only 14 kg) and uniqueness of the optical ratio they feature (0.65~0.75:1 for ZU920TST and 1.25~2.0:1 for ZU920T).
Following Optoma’s award-winning ZU720T projector, the new ZU920T series retains the main features and advantages of its predecessor, including high brightness, color accuracy, and quiet operation, while offering an impressive alternative to the short projection ratio of 0.65:1 to suit a variety of scenarios typical of professional environments by offering an ideal solution for endless contexts ranging from exhibitions, museums, fixed installations to convention halls to large digital signing projects.
Optoma ZU920T and ZU920TST are 4K and HDR compatible, provide a brightness value of 9,800 ISO lumens and a contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, producing lifelike images characterized by rich details and brilliant colors. Designed to meet the demand for high-brightness products that do not require interchangeable lenses, the ZU920T series offers a fixed, telecentric design with full motorized lens shift and 1.6x motorized zoom and focus, offering the same flexibility as affordable interchangeable lens solutions.
Designed with DuraCore technology, the ZU920T series features an IPX6-certified dust-resistant optical engine for 24/7 operational capabilities, offering maintenance-free projection for up to 30,000 hours of operation in Eco mode. Ideal for ensuring maximum flexibility where the installation includes built-in edge-blending, warping and four-corner correction capabilities, as well as 360-degree and vertical installation modes, the ZU920T series offers unparalleled versatility to accommodate even the most complex installations.

To support the professional appearance of these two new projectors, Avara confirmed that Optoma Management Suite (OMS) ™ is available on the ZU920T and ZU720T series, offering IT administrators and technicians a real-time remote platform to monitor, manage and diagnose multiple displays simultaneously. OMS enables technicians to check the real-time status and operation of each installation, optimize performance, and broadcast emergency messages, alerts, or announcements on on-site displays.
