E-commerce and on-site shopping experience: two sales channels generally considered to be in antagonism, but which technologies lead to approach and even complete each other: from Digital Signage that becomes interactive to sound branding in stores, to clusters of small merchants who rely on district design system integrators to create innovative and rewarding spaces for customers.
After the institutional greetings of Alessandro Ambrosi, President of Confcommercio, experts in Digital Signage (Konvergence), speakers from the world of industry (LG, 3G Electronics), sector associations (AVIXA) and entrepreneurs from the Bari district will take turns leading in technology clusters.

Active Spaces Virtual

Today there is no company, hotel or laboratory that has not had to deal with the new ways of working and learning, dictated not only by the pandemic but above all by the opportunities offered by multimedia technologies and connectivity. However, it is not enough to transfer old habits, a real paradigm shift is needed: remote collaboration, video and audio conferencing, networking and large format visualization, acoustics and sound diffusion. But not only: what are the tricks to make each session engaging and productive for users and room administrators? How to design hybrid work environments, where to give the best of one’s professionalism? Hybrid work is an opportunity in the era of the pandemic, but how to deal with this change?
The event will take place in “mixed reality”: the first part will be streamed from a real television studio where the various speakers will alternate, some in presence and others remotely; during the second the participants will be divided into groups and will participate, through their Avatar, in design workshops on technologies and solutions to create and enjoy a multimedia environment at best. A brand new mode, never used before, which will combine engagement and fun with a real learning experience.
