The Spanish company Ecler, distributed in Italy by Exhibo, has launched a new programmable digital matrix of the Essentials family: eMIMO1616.
A MIMO… which is also ESSENTIAL! Thus we could define the new programmable 16×16 digital matrix by Ecler, which presents itself as a new reliable and performing product, but also with an interesting cost. The Essential series, in fact, offers good quality levels even without requiring large economic investments. eMIMO1616, in this case, offers four Mono MIC/LINE inputs plus four Stereo LINE inputs. Eight mono LINE inputs are available via the “remote” ports when they are connected or with direct connection or via control panels, such as the upcoming eMCONTROL1. The sixteen outputs can be used as sixteen mono zones or coupled to form eight stereo zones. The eight “remote” ports increase the flexibility of the product, thanks to the availability of wall-mount panels that allow to send audio signals to the different zones according to the needs.
Among other features, eMIMO1616 also offers two “PAGER” ports for connection to call stations and allows the setting of two priority levels. For the configuration of the matrix, it is provided via web browser without the need to install additional software. Ecler has also created the eMIMO Pilot app that allows you to remotely control the matrix with iOS or Android devices.
The best applications of the new eMIMO1616 are audio systems for background music, with priority announcements and selection of independent sources, but also the Public Address systems for companies, commercial spaces, shops, restaurants, entertainment centers, public offices, and so on.
