The ability to collaborate in meetings and share projects and ideas under the same conditions and in the same way regardless of whether one is in the room or remotely is at the heart of the concept of Meeting Equity. A theme that inspired the collaboration between MAXHUB and Re Mago, and the panel discussion that took place this morning during ISE 2023
The Meeting Equity theme was the focus of the morning roundtable discussion at MAXHUB’s booth at ISE 2023, involving the company, Re Mago, and Lenovo.
On this occasion, MAXHUB, a market leader in the field of technology solutions for Unified Collaboration and university education, also announced its new partnership with Re Mago (formerly Valarea) the company that developed the powerful software to manage active meetings and partnered with Lenovo, manufacturer of the ThinkSmart™ Core meeting room device, to offer simple and “turnkey” meeting room management systems.
The panel discussion was attended by Mauro Spagnoli, National Sales Manager Italy, Cristiano Fumagalli, CTO&Global Alliance BDM Re Mago, Mark Krynock, Smart Collaboration Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances at Lenovo, and Tim Porter, Solution Consultant UK.
This valuable alliance aims to solve the problems of users, frustrated by having to wait even several minutes to start a meeting due to operational differences between platforms or to the incompatibility of personal devices, forced to install apps on their devices or to use unsafe connections, or even to use outdated services.
MAXHUB and Re Mago’s collaboration is also intended to get the best out of MAXHUB’s solutions: users will find the software already integrated into all-in-one displays so they can start and manage meetings easily and in seconds.
The user experience will then be spontaneous and engaging, and meetings will be fruitful and rewarding, for all participants regardless of whether they are in the meeting room or participating remotely. In this way, all participants can participate in meetings with equal opportunities to share ideas, insights, documents, and projects.
Finally, organizations will be able to optimize their investments through better management of facilities and personnel, without wasting time and energy.
Mauro Spagnoli, National Sales Manager Italy said, “Finally, the Re Mago management software will be integrated into our displays and LEDwalls, and from today we will be able to offer effective and easy-to-use workspaces, accessible and usable by everyone under the same conditions. MAXHUB’s ecosystem of solutions consisting of monitors, cameras, speakerphones, and soundbars will be usable with a single touch, in keeping with the philosophy of “Meeting Equity” and taking into account GDPR regulations and Cloud and data security. All in zero time.”
