With just a few clicks from the included Maevex PowerStream Plus control application, simple pairing and cloud connectivity is achieved. Through this compatibility with a broad range of social media and cloud-based services, enterprises can now webcast multiple streams of live 4K and HD video to audiences everywhere.

This devices offer encoding capabilities that can easily feed cloud-based servers to reach internet viewers, push many streams on-premises over the LAN for local audiences, and record to local or network storage for later editing and viewing—all simultaneously. These appliances and cards can also stream multiple resolutions, bitrates, and protocols—including Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) and on-device HLS adaptive bitrate streaming—significantly offloading or eliminating cloud transcoding operations and costs for organizations.
The Maevex PowerStream Plus software management tool provides complete reach and control over the entire Maevex network.
“Enterprises and organizations worldwide are seeing a remarkable growth of high-performance AV opportunities made available with live streaming platforms”, says Ron Berty, business development manager, Matrox Graphics. “This latest development with Matrox Maevex encoders provides unprecedented flexibility for enterprises seeking to leverage their preferred cloud-based platform or platforms—whether it’s for social media, training, collaboration, and/or corporate culture development activities—to reach every destination and endpoint possible.”
