It’s called VS-62DT and is a six-input matrix/switcher, new solution for signa transmission on any extension, thought in particular – but not just – for large meeting rooms and live events
The key features of this new Kramer’s product are the flexibility to use for short or long range transmissions and a remarkable cost/benefit balance. The VS-62DT offers a maximum resolution of 4K@60 4:2:0 and WUXGA, with six HDMI inputs and two independent outputs: HDMI and HDBaseT.
The VS-62DT also features advanced auto-switching (with automatic recognition of the latest connected source or favorite source), audio de-embedding and Power over Ethernet (PoE). The main application of this product is the large meeting rooms, where you need to bring the signal at long distances.
Notable features include EDID capture and storage, HDCP 1.4 support and Step-In programmable functionality, when the switcher is used in combination with step-in compatible devices such as SID-X3N and DIP-30, via HDMI cable supporting HEC, the HDMI Ethernet channel. Also useful is the key lock function to prevent loss of settings due to unintentional touches.
