After a partnership that had lasted since 2014, Kramer Electronics has announced the further step of acquiring iRule. The partnership between the two companies was related to the distribution of the innovative Kramer Control technology. With the complete acquisition, Kramer will be able to exploit the full potential of the iRule’s base software – award-winning and highly customizable – to meet the needs of automation and control solutions more and more advanced, diversified and punctual.
Kramer Control allows system integrators the management of lighting controls, heating, ventilation, air conditioning – HAVAC, communications, A/V and much more. This solution with seamless worldwide connectivity, is an interesting resource for the control and automation industry for applications such as worship, commercial buildings, schools and public places.

The acquisition includes the iRule brand as well as the entire On Controls division, offering products and services dedicated to systems analysts in the residential segment. The co-founders Itai Ben-Gal (CEO) and Victor Nemirovsky (CTO) together with the technical engineering team, will remain in force and the company operating in the Detroit headquarters.
