Some round tables on these topics will also be organized, with exclusive market insights, including the traditional invidis keynote. Whether it’s improving the customer journey within the store or creating unique and fun experiences for shoppers, AV technology now plays a key role in the retail landscape. Scott Pickus, marketing manager at display maker DynaScan Technology, says: “The pressure to have interactive displays is mounting now that the fight against Covid seems to be going very well. The goal, moreover, has not changed: it’s still a matter of bringing the customer inside the store.”
