Philips Professional Display Solutions accompanies the evolution of hybrid education with multi-touch and interactive displays of the T-Line series, dedicated to the vertical education market.
Hybrid learning as a long-term investment
Within a school environment which is struggling with a transition phase towards a “new normal”, technology plays a central role, with digital whiteboards and interactive displays which, on the one hand, are now protagonists in many classrooms, on the other they mark that we are continuously keeping up the pace with the very rapid evolution of today’s training needs.
Technology becomes the decisive factor when it comes to schools, both when it comes to the parents and children choosing which school to attend, but also for the institutions that will be called to offer increasingly better learning environments and therefore able to maximise the potential of each and every student.
The selection of suitable technological solutions to obtain the maximum return on investment is therefore a strategic aspect that the managers of the training structures cannot overlook, because it concerns hardware quality, software integration, usability and performance, a mixture of elements about which the Philips T-Line series has a lot to discuss.
The best display for hybrid training
In 2020, PPDS presented the new Philips T-Line displays to the market- an interactive touch series developed for the world of education and immediately orientated to the needs of hybrid learning, thanks to the interactive whiteboard, wireless screensharing and videoconference functions. Additionally, the emergence of other needs created by the pandemic has created more incentive for the implementation of dedicated software applications and advanced features that bring educational solutions closer to corporate ones, so as to introduce students to future professional experiences.
Available today in 65″, 75″ and 86″ sizes, the Philips T-Line series offers a wide range of out-of-the-box features, capable of transforming any educational space from a static and traditional environment into a hub of interaction and active learning. The new displays, powered by Android, allow maximum interoperability with the most popular user software, making lessons even easier and smoother for teachers and students.
Each display features multi-touch interaction (20 points of contact) based on high reaction speed and optimised glass coating, offering quality writing experiences to multiple students at the same time. The screen supports Active Pen technology, can be connected to a keyboard and a mouse, allows a secure wireless connection for multiple connection of personal devices, both in the classroom and remotely, and for sharing content during the lesson.
