Six new laser projector models have been announced, designed for commercial structures and also suitable for the projection of 3D objects, to increase engagement and interaction with customers.
Laser projection in digital signage contexts has always been one of Epson’s strengths which, leveraging the success of the recently launched mini-laser models (EB-W70 and EB-W75), compact and lightweight (2,7 kg) portable solutions designed specifically for commercial businesses and experiential environments, has recently extended its range of laser video projectors with six new models particularly suitable for immersive projections and multiple types of commercial environments, including retail, hospitality, museums and tourist attractions.
Based on 3LCD technology, which ensures very bright projections and realistic colors, these solutions are designed to support the creativity of brands in stores and to further develop engagement and interaction with customers. The new series are called EB-L250F, EB-750 and EB-800, are all based on a laser light source capable of guaranteeing up to 20.000 hours of maintenance-free operation and are characterized by new software, extended connectivity and flexible installation to project borderless content – even 3D objects – onto walls, floors or ceilings. The new series include both ultra-short-throw and standard models to meet all the multiple needs of digital signage applications. In addition, the projectors feature White Light Output (WLO) and Color Light Output (CLO) from 2,000 to 5,000 lumens, and offer Full HD resolution up to 1080p.
Connectivity options include HDMI, HDBaseT, integrated wireless and Miracast, allowing for easy integration into existing CMS infrastructures. Users can also take advantage of the integrated edge blending function, connecting two or more screens and creating immersive spaces or spectacular projections on large walls, while the Split Screen function allows you to connect multiple input sources to view different contents simultaneously.
Finally, the projectors of the EB-L250F, EB-750 and EB-800 series are compatible with Epson Projector Content Manager software and with Epson Creative Projection App, with the aim of providing a complete solution for content management and the creation of personalized content. The Epson Projector Content Manager software, in fact, allows you to create playlists using photos, videos, shape filters and effects that can be programmed and saved on an external storage device. Epson Creative Projection also allows users to create customized content using multiple creative elements as well as advanced features such as image adjustment, Point Correction and the ability to project directly from the device. The App is compatible with iOS devices.
In Italy, the EB-800 series will be available from this month of October, the EB-750 series from November and the EB-L250F series from December. All models will be available in black and white.
