Crestron at ISE 2017, anticipated by new Avia DSP

A stand full of different environments and technologies, and the new Avia DSP as a “trailblazer”: this is the Crestron strategy for ISE 2017 in Amsterdam
Crestron will be among the protagonist of the 2017 edition of Integrated Systems Europe, lasting four days, with a stand (C24 Hall 2) will aim to show a technology for each space. The company, in addition to new products and new partnerships, will offer at ISE 2017 also training courses on site, participating as a speaker in various scenarios and providing support to its consultants. The training will cover both residential and commercial space through a series of 45-minute sessions that will be held on the partnership that Crestron has recently signed with Amazon and Sonos, a practical workshop on DSP with focus on the new features offered by the Crestron proposals and a steaming lesson in which you look at the new generation of Crestron DigitalMedia solutions for commercial spaces.
Also this year, besides, will be awarded the Crestron Integration Awards, to recognize the best control and automation projects based on Crestron technology. The award ceremony will take place at the company’s stand at 15:00 on 8 February.
As for the products, however, the focus will note in particular on the latest touch panel for residential and commercial settings, as well as on new audio products and solutions for presentations. Leading the way to ISE 2017 will be the line of Avia DSP, digital signal processors and software tools designed to simplify programming, integration and expansion in commercial audio applications. Crestron has already begun to distribute the full line of these new Avia DSP, available in five models all equipped with Avia Audio Tool, a very flexible software that enables integrators to offer outstanding audio performance. The main model of Avia Line is the DSP-1283 processor, marketed by January 2017. Beside the support for audio conferencing via VoIP and POTS, this processor integrates USB connectivity for video conferencing via Crestron RL 2 Skype for Business solution or BYOD presentations through the Crestron AirMedia wireless gateway. The I/O expansion with amplifiers and switchers based on DigitalMedia blade is guaranteed by Dante audio network. The other models of the line are the DSP-1282, DSP-1281, DSP-1280 and DSP-860.
