The VM1600A modular solution
The matrix offers control in real time and advanced access for simultaneous management of video sources and displays (up to 16×16) through modular I/O cards in a single frame (up to four input and four output cards). Equipped with Aten Seamless Switch technology, the switch matrices integrate the function of video switching at progressive speeds and a unique scaler, compatible for all video wall systems. Easily expandable, the VM1600A modular matrix is available with HDMI, DVI-D, HDBaseT, 3G-SDI and VGA cards, thus being ideal for very large AV installations, such as transmissions stations, traffic or transportation control rooms, emergency centers or any application that requires personalized AV signal routing at high speed.
VM51616H, the 16×16 HDMI matrix
The 16×16 HDMI switch matrix allows integrators to nimbly route one of 16 HDMI audio and video sources to 16 HDMI screens, with rapid viewing of all the ports through the front LCD panel or the local HDMI output for a preview of multiple sources. Furthermore, the model offers uniform switching thanks to the FPGA matrix architecture, which guarantees continuity of the video transmission, control in real time and stable signal transmissions. The integrated scaler effectively converts various input resolutions into optimized output viewing resolutions, offering better picture and video quality on all screens. This switch also integrates the video wall function, with a web graphic interface for the creation of 32 customizable connection profiles in various layouts of video walls. For this, the VM51616H matrix is particularly suitable for installations that transmit multiple HDMI screens and multiple HDMI sources in various positions, such as train stations, casinos, control rooms, conference rooms, logistical centers, security management areas, etc.
Focus on picture quality with the VM6809H HDMI 4K matrix
The third all-in-one offering from Aten, the VM6809H HDMI 4K switch matrix with scaler, is compatible with the two most recent 4K video resolution standards: 3840×2160 and 4096×2160, offering powerful HD processing for producing 4K resolutions on 9 screens with sharp images. The VM6809H supports 4K at 60 Hz, HDMI 2.0* and HDCP 2.2 with switching via FPGA matrix architecture. The video wall function, with a web graphic interface that allows for the creation of 17 connection profiles that can be personalized in various layouts, also makes Aten’s switch ideal for multiscreen HDMI applications that require simple configuration and programming modes, such as for theatrical productions, digital halls, videoconferencing rooms and other installations characterized by tuning in real time.
