A new ultra-silent laser projector by NEC Display Solutions

The new laser model proposed by NEC Display Solutions, P605UL, is designed to allow meetings without noise disturbances, with laser technology and sealed optical unit without filter.
Introduced by NEC Display Solutions Europe, the new ultra-silent P605UL projector is characterized by a sealed optical unit without filter, for an operation that does not require maintenance. The main application of the new P605UL is the corporate meeting: with a noise of only 19 dB in eco mode, in fact, this projector produces less noise than the ticking of a clock and allows quiet meetings and not disturbed by background noise. Designed for large, bright surfaces, the P605UL offers 6.000 ANSI lumens of brightness to ensure image visibility even in conditions of considerable ambient light.
P605UL is also a future-proof model thanks to WUXGA resolution, 4K@30Hz input signal processing and wide connectivity. The laser technology also guarantees an operativity of about 20.000 hours without the need for maintenance. In short, P605UL is an “install-and-forget” model, which does not require a change of lamp or filter, finally characterized by an energy consumption of only 357W in normal mode. If the meeting rooms are the natural habitat of NEC P605UL, other possible applications are classrooms and lecture halls as well as public places and retail signage contexts.
