New Vision table support for screens up to 32”

The new VFM-DSB model, which replaces the previous VFM-DSG, is the Vision proposal for screens up to 32” on the desktop, with the possibility of complete adjustment in height, rotation and orientation.

The Vision brand, distributed by TechData’s Maverick AV Solutions division, is always prolific in terms of novelty, specializing in carts and stands for all types of monitors (and environments). Today we focus on the new VFM-DSB desktop stand for monitors up to 32”. It is a self-supporting support available in a single color variant (black) and designed to offer the user the adjustment of all screen positioning parameters: height, rotation and orientation.

Reworking the previous VFM-DSG, the new model VFM-DS (Vision Flat-panel Mount – Desk Stand) is a column table support that replaces the clamp with an innovative flat base, and is suitable for any monitor, up to 8 kg in weight, with 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm mounting holes on the back. As per its philosophy, Vision has thoroughly studied every detail to ensure quick and easy installation. First of all, the product includes various types of screws from other manufacturers, to allow the correct installation of the screen even without the need for special tools.

The VESA plate that the holder is equipped with is quick release to allow fast and safe assembly/disassembly. Adjustments are also simple and intuitive: it’s possible, for example, to slide the arm along the column (452 mm high) and fix the monitor at the desired height, or adjust the inclination between approximately -45° and 45°, and the orientation between -90° and 90° approximately. Finally, it’s possible to rotate the monitor from horizontal to vertical orientation. The stand also features a convenient optional laptop shelf. This shelf attaches to the mounting system’s VESA plate and supports laptops or tablets with widths of 240 to 420mm. Adjustable clamps help secure the device in place.

It should also be mentioned that the new Vision VFM-DSB support is able to safely support even larger displays, as long as they have the fixing points correctly arranged and a weight lower than the workload in safety. Finally, for the usual problem of cable management, which often clutter up desks in offices, the VFM-DSB model has special clips on the arm to secure the wiring, which can therefore be led along the mounting system and kept in order. The surface of the support is powder-coated, and is thicker and more resistant to scratches than simple paint, because the aesthetic aspect is not secondary in modern offices, often involved in both face-to-face and remote meeting activities.
